Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Mi Assist Studio ("Orby," "we," "us") covering your use of the Orby website and app. By using either, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Orby.

What Orby is

Orby is a planning tool. It uses AI to suggest a weekly plan built around the goals you provide and your calendar availability, and it sends you reminders you control. Orby is not medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Orby.

Subscriptions and billing

• Orby Pro is offered as a weekly plan at $4.99 with a 3-day free trial, a monthly plan at $9.99, and a yearly plan at $59.99. Prices are in USD and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled.
• If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription begins automatically.
• Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds for past charges are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your content

The goals, plans, and notes you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them so Orby can work, including sending relevant parts to an AI model to generate your plan. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Orby. That includes attempting to break or overload the service, reverse engineering it, using it to violate the law, or reselling access without our permission.

AI-generated plans

Orby's suggestions are generated by AI and can be imperfect. You decide what to accept. Always use your own judgment about your schedule, commitments, and wellbeing.

Disclaimers and limits

Orby is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending service

You can stop using Orby and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the effective date, and note the change in the app when appropriate. Continuing to use Orby after a change means you accept the new terms.
